RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
Designing your home can be stressful. Engaging the right building designer will help prevent confusion, and create a fun and enjoyable experience. With years of experience designing homes, we can help guide you through the entire design-approval-construction process. We are here to work closely with you and be there from start to finish. Once the plans have been completed, we will even recommend you to one of our partner builders to get quotes for the construction. We only work with the best.
We also work on all forms of Extensions, Renovations or Alterations and Additions. No project is too small. We have helped many of our clients with approvals for their small back room extensions, first floor additions and façade changes.

BUILDER - DESIGNER RELATIONSHIP
RCK Design have built great relationships with builders and clients, working closely with both to assist in the overall design-construction process.
From upfront design meetings, to on-site inspections, RCK Design will be there to design your clients home, help with making changes to plans and variations, and be part of the client hand over. We know that coordination is very important when working with Design-Construct builders, which is why we value communication and transparency.
